Terms of service.
The terms you agree to by booking a stay or using this website. Short and written in real words.
Who we are

Site assignment
We do our best to honor site preferences but reserve the right to reassign sites for operational reasons (construction, maintenance, safety). You will not be charged a higher rate if reassigned to a higher tier.
Liability
You agree that camping involves outdoor risks — uneven ground, weather, fires, wildlife, water hazards (the pond is unfenced; supervise children), pets. Island Creek RV LLC is not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged property, or weather-related disruptions outside our reasonable control. This does not waive any non-waivable rights under NC consumer protection law.
Vehicle and equipment
You are responsible for the proper operation of your RV, vehicle, and equipment, including ensuring it is in safe working condition before arriving. Any damage to park infrastructure (hookups, pads, landscaping) caused by your equipment is your responsibility.
Park rules
The park rules and policies are part of these terms. Violations may result in a request to leave without refund for unused nights. Repeat violations may result in a ban from future bookings.
Photography and marketing
By using the property, you grant Island Creek the right to use general property scenes in marketing. We will not use recognizable photographs of guests without separate permission.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please talk to Doug or the front desk before escalating. We'd much rather resolve it with you in person. If formal escalation is needed, the parties agree to good-faith mediation in New Hanover County, NC before any litigation. NC law governs these terms.
Updates
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or booking a new stay constitutes acceptance.
